Professionals said that citizens can judge whether their houses are protected against lightning and can check whether they have a certificate of lightning protection facilities; Check whether there are safe lightning protection facilities on the roof of the residential building, i.e. lightning rod or lightning strip; Check whether the distribution box has lightning protection grounding terminal; Check whether the power socket in the house has a safety grounding wire; Whether safety grounding measures are taken for large metal doors, windows and other metal structures on the outer walls of high-rise residential buildings; Whether there is an equipotential box (row) in the house, which is generally pre installed in the toilet; Whether the ironware beyond the roof is connected with the lightning protection device on the top, such as solar water heater, water tank, etc.
