How to avoid lightning weather

When lightning flashes and thunders, people are easy to be struck by lightning under trees or buildings. Lightning strike and electric shock can kill immediately, or even cause injury if they are light. AC voltage exceeding 65 volts will harm human body, and high-voltage wire falling to the ground will cause electric shock within 10 meters around. The voltage of lightning can reach 100million volts, hitting the human body can immediately carbonize and blacken people. The first aid for the person who gets an electric shock should be done without delay. Patients with respiratory and cardiac arrest are in critical condition. At this time, rescue should be carried out while emergency contact should be made, and the patients should be sent to the nearest hospital for further treatment; During the transfer of patients to the hospital, the rescue work cannot be interrupted. 1. Turn off the switch, cut off the power supply, and then rescue. When the power cannot be turned off, you can use wooden sticks, bamboo poles, etc. to lift the wires away from the body of the person who gets an electric shock. If you can’t lift the wire or other electrified appliances that cause electric shock, use a dry rope to wrap the person who gets an electric shock and drag him away from the current. Rescuers had better wear rubber gloves, rubber sneakers, etc. Never pull the person who gets an electric shock with your hands, and you cannot forget your own safety because you are eager to save others. 2. If the injured person is conscious and has spontaneous breathing and heartbeat, the injured person should lie on the ground and be closely observed. Do not stand or walk for the time being to prevent secondary shock or heart failure. 3. Call an ambulance immediately when the injured person loses consciousness and try to wake up the injured person. If the breathing stops and the heart beats exist, lie on the ground, loosen the clothes buttons, unblock the airway, and immediately perform mouth-to-mouth artificial respiration. If the heart beat stops and there is breathing, external cardiac compression should be performed immediately. 4. If it is found that his heartbeat and respiration have stopped, he should immediately take resuscitation measures such as mouth-to-mouth artificial respiration and extrathoracic heart massage (except for a few confirmed electrocuted victims), and the general rescue time should not be less than 60-90 minutes. Until the person who gets an electric shock resumes breathing and heartbeat, or it is confirmed that there is no hope of survival. It is better to perform mouth-to-mouth artificial respiration and extrathoracic cardiac compression in a ratio of 1:5 for on-site rescue, that is, artificial respiration once and cardiac compression five times. If there is only one person in the field rescue, use the ratio of 15:2 to carry out external chest cardiac compression and artificial respiration, that is, first carry out external chest cardiac compression for 15 times, and then mouth-to-mouth artificial respiration for 2 times. In this way, the rescue must be carried out alternately, and the rescue must be insisted to the end. Note: 1. When dealing with electric injury, pay attention to whether there is other damage. Such as bouncing off the power supply or falling from high altitude after electric shock, which is often complicated by craniocerebral trauma, hemopneumothorax, visceral rupture, limb and pelvic fractures, etc. 2. During on-site rescue, do not move the wounded at will. If it is necessary to move, the rescue interruption time should not exceed 30 seconds. When moving the wounded or sending them to the hospital, in addition to making the wounded lie flat on the stretcher and padding the back with a flat hardwood board, the rescue should continue. If the heartbeat and respiration stop, the artificial respiration and extrathoracic cardiac compression should continue. The treatment cannot be stopped before the medical staff in the hospital take over. 3. Do not wrap the electric burn wound or wound with ointment or unclean dressing, but wrap it with clean dressing, or send it to the hospital for treatment by the doctor. 4. When encountering lightning and thunder, you should quickly take shelter in the nearby building. When there is no place to hide in the wild, take off metal objects such as watches and glasses, and lie down in low-lying places to avoid. Never hide under big trees. Do not stand on high walls, under trees, near electric poles or near antennas.
